Mariana Schwartzbart is one of Israel’s finest harp players and teachers. She has performed with leading Israeli orchestras such as the Israel Philharmonic, the Jerusalem Symphony and Beer Sheva Sinfonietta, has appeared as soloist in recitals and festivals in Israel and abroad, and has been active recording with various artists.

Ms. Schwartzbart teaches harp at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance. She is the head of the harp departments at the Beer Sheva Music Conservatory and the Israel Music Conservatory, Tel Aviv and has been influential in introducing the young Israeli generation to the Celtic harp playing, and to the classical harp playing in general.
