They have the authority to receive complaints about disciplinary offenses, to examine the complaints, to decide if there is a place for a disciplinary procedure and to handle it.

The committee for handling complaints about incitement
Understanding the importance of keeping the Academy's values, the Disciplinary Officer is assisted by the committee for handling complaints about incitement. This committee looks into every complaint, is advised by legal counsel if necessary and decides the proper way to take care of the situation. This committee includes the General Director, Dean of Students, Head of the Oriental department, the Disciplinary Officer and Chair of the Student Union.
