General:
The Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance invites applications for the position of Classical Ballet Teacher in the Faculty of Dance.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach classical ballet at all levels and participate actively in all activities of the Faculty of Dance .
The appointment will commence in October 2026, at the beginning of the 2026–2027 academic year.
The scope of the appointment and employment status will be determined in accordance with the Academy’s policies and regulations.
Position Requirements:
- Extensive experience in teaching classical ballet.
- Professional experience as a dancer – an advantage.
- Knowledge of and experience in an additional dance technique, particularly contemporary dance technique – an advantage.
- International experience in teaching, performance, or artistic practice – an advantage.
- Academic degrees – an advantage.
