Happy Passover from the JAMD Family

Happy Passover from the JAMD Family
22.3.2021

Dear Students,

We hope that you and your families are keeping well.

Passover presents an opportunity to step back and take a moment for introspection, to consider everything we have been through in the past year.

All of us – students and faculty in all departments – have had to adjust to a constantly changing reality and to work under conditions of uncertainty. We have been teaching and learning online for an entire year; but now we look forward in the hope that we will return to a fruitful routine of study and activity.

We are very proud of the entire JAMD community, students and teachers alike, for the successful manner in which you coped with the many challenges we all faced in the past year. Thanks to your heroic efforts, studies are continuing in all departments, in a spirit of cooperation that is inspiring.

We are aware of the difficulties that you continue to face, concerning health, studies and financial hardship. We are doing all we can to ensure that the needs of every student are met. We aspire to combine artistic, social and human values, which are more relevant than ever in times of crisis, and which continue to guide us as we resume our activities of creating and performing together.

Passover and Easter represent solidarity between all people. We are all here for you, and we wish you and your loved ones a happy holiday and continued good health.
