Student Choir

The Student Choir, under the musical direction and conducting of Mr. Stanley Sperber, is one of the Academy’s performing entities. Choir members are students who are not members of another JAMD representative performing entity (the Chamber Orchestra or the Chamber Choir). The choir’s repertoire combines a cappella works, works accompanied by piano and works for choir and orchestra. Works performed by the choir in past years included Mozart’s Mass in C Minor, Schumann's Requiem and a Schubert Mass.
